Dr. Harry Chen, the President of the Formosan Association for Public Affairs, attended a rally organized by Canadians Against Propaganda. This rally opposes the inclusion of 9 TV stations owned by the Chinese Communist Party in the Rogers Television Network.

This rally was held on June 8, 2006 at 333 Bloor St. E. in front of the Rogers Offices at Bloor and Jarvis in Toronto. Rogers wants to include these nine Chinese language TV stations which are just mouthpieces of the Communist party. These stations spread hate propaganda, deny the occurrence of the Tiananmen Square massacre, and they defend the persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners.
