On August 7, 2005, Taiwanese community members had dinner with 3 Members of Parliament, Monte Solberg, Rona Ambrose, and Helena Guergis. We had an excellent discussion about Taiwan's democratic development, the gravity of the Chinese military threat, and facilitating the passage of Bill C-357, the Taiwan Affairs Act.
